If you are unable to make the class and do not notify us within 48 hours, there is no refund, make-up, or reschedule available. If you need to reschedule, you will have 1 opportunity per billing cycle. You must give 48 hr notice to reschedule. You understand that this is a recurring payment. By signing up, you are giving Back to the Basics Tutoring permission to automatically deduct money from the account on file. If for any reason, the payment is declined, you will be charged $175 fee in addition to the billed amount. You agree to fully indemnify Back to the Basics Tutoring LLC, its members, affiliates, sponsors, investors, employees, and volunteers from any claim for injury, failed academic progress, contraction of disease or allergy. We reserve the right to end your child's tutoring if we feel that we are unable to meet your child's needs, lack of payment for service, or your child becomes a danger to staff or other students. By signing up, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and for us to text or email for marketing and promotional purposes.
